Skyz and Digitall, believe in better!

“Ah the good old days”

Day #4 Connection: Very Good

So the whole purpose for me starting ‘This Connected’ came about because I had been out of contact with so many of the people I had made connections with throughout various stages in my life.

The plan being that throughout the course of the year I would make contact with everyone I knew at least once, of course with that one interaction leading to a sustained relationship instead of ones merely residing in archive.

Testament to this thought and even more of a testament to how the universe will bend towards affirmative action I will divulge in telling you all the amazing events of the a few weeks ago.

“FROGGGGGGZ!!!!!!!”

“U still keeping it Digitall?”

“Miss u bro!

That was the WhatsApp messsage I received just over a week ago now. It was from one of my longest standing friends, Luke Smith; more artistically known as Luc Skyz.

Luke and I first met at college. Both studying performing arts we hit it off and became friends from the first day. He was the one to give me the nickname of Frogz which would eventually evolve into who I’m now known as, Mister Froggie Digitall.

As I saw this message which was in itself profound as Luke had really been one of those people that I had needed to reconnect with. In fact he was one of the first people I had in mind.

Now it is especially important on such occasions when ones ‘true’ will (I will expand this concept soon I’m sure) is becoming manifest, to be conscious as to the effects it has towards your own experience .

In other words, to have simply delayed, ignored or even been ‘too busy’ to respond to that text message would have resulted towards a missed opportunity. The type of missed opportunity which will result in a ‘delayed destiny’.

The universe you occupy is constantly bending to your will. Your true will. This is akin to walking the road less traveled. A personal road if you will. So often we are dancing along the carnival procession with the rest of the masses to the same tunes.

As for Luke and myself, we were singing from the same hymn sheet. I called him. No use messaging back, I had a lot to say. No reply. I’ll text, no option now.

‘The text that opened destiny’s door’

Now it just so happens on that day I had also arranged to do some shopping for the infamous Granny D, she had run out of essentials. What happened on the journey back from the supermarket was nothing short of remarkable.

I had just taken a bus from the supermarket, and had only just got off when who should I see getting off the bus directly behind?

Of course it was Luke!

Well no need for a catch up call later, we were actually live face to face; albeit two metres apart. This was not a chance encounter by any means, we both knew this intuitively.

Conversation flowed like the waters of our friendship had never stopped running as we ranted about situations current.

I still had another bus to catch but I probably let about six or seven of them go past as we got straight to the meat on the bones. We spoke at length, with subjects ranging from so called conspiracy theories curtailing off into philosophy and philanthropy.

As we finished our conversation; which was bordering on reaching one whole hour, I boarded the bus full of renewed energy and inner confidence that I do in fact have the power to control my own universe.

The amazing thing that occurs is when two universes collide as is the case with my good friend Luke and myself.

It is certainly a case in proof to my theory that beings with similar energy signatures no matter how far apart they may be, will eventually find one another.
